You may recall that SCRA is part of ‘Childwall All Together’, a collection of local organisations that includes Hope University, Friends of Childwall Woods and Fields, Liverpool City Council, Childwall in Bloom, South Childwall Residents Association, Childwall Abbey School, and All Saints Church.
Last year, Childwall All Together submitted a bid to the National Lottery’s ‘Awards for All’ Scheme, and we are pleased to tell you that the bid has been successful and we have been awarded £20,000.
Here is a message from John McCombs, who is the Chair of Childwall All Together as well as a trustee of SCRA, explaining what this funding will mean for our community.
