FREE HOME ARCHIVE WORKSHOPS
Learn how to safeguard your precious memories and family treasures at ArtsGroupie CIC’s free Home Archiving Workshops. These interactive sessions provide expert guidance on safely preserving your personal heirlooms, photographs, documents, and artefacts, in partnership with Liverpool Libraries and Information Services.
The workshop advice comes from an expert archivist. You will leave equipped with skills and knowledge to keep your heritage safe for generations to come, and even take-home materials to get you started on your first safe archive.
Participants will learn practical, hands-on techniques using materials such as acid-free folders and specialist preservation methods.
We particularly encourage participation from underrepresented communities, including racial minorities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people with disabilities, to help uncover and protect Liverpool’s diverse heritage.
Disclaimer: We are unable to provide direct genealogy advice or accept donations to the Liverpool Records Archive.

One final thing, Friends, we need your help –
Can you PLEDGE US JUST A POUND
We have been invited to this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival to showcase two productions. We need to raise money to cover accommodation, travel, and production costs.
If all our contacts, people who have been on our Free Workshops, attended our plays or walking tours, donate at least a QUID, it will really help us with our mission to showcase the work of ArtsGroupie CIC in the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
If you believe the arts should be for everyone – not just those with connections – please donate and share.
Even the smallest donation can make a big difference.
